Born and raised in Colorado, Mark embraced Christianity early in life but found a profound connection to the Catholic faith through his wife. In 2023, he made the life-changing decision to convert to Catholicism, completing his RCIA journey in March 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Norman, Oklahoma. With a strengthened spiritual foundation, Mark became a Fourth Degree Knight of Columbus, dedicating his time to serving the parish and beyond. His love for Catholicism led him to Oklahoma Catholic Radio, where he volunteers in marketing and social media outreach. Whether it’s enjoying "The Son Rise Morning" Show with a fresh cup of coffee or creating impactful campaigns, Mark remains committed to uplifting his community and sharing the beauty of the Catholic faith.
Mark's Favorite Prayer; Heavenly Father, You are my refuge and my strength. When I feel weak, be my fortress; when I am weary, uplift my spirit. Pour out Your comforting presence upon me, filling every corner of my heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Lord Jesus, You are the Prince of Peace. Grant me calm amid life’s storms and courage to face each day with faith and trust in Your providence. May Your love surround me and provide comfort in moments of doubt and fear. Holy Spirit, breath of life, guide me on the path of righteousness. Lead me towards the fullness of life You have promised, and bless me with Your abundant grace. Let my soul find rest in Your divine will, and my heart be filled with joy in the knowledge of Your unending mercy.
